Change Image Animation

I have a storyboard that is set to an image that rotates 360 that repeats forever. However, I want to resize this image on a mouseover event and on mouseout the storyboard continues as it was prior to the event.

I've attempted this by scale transform on the image itself (after stopping the storyboard); however, once starting the storyboard once again it no longer rotates 360 degrees.

Can someone please point me to the right direction? Should I be modifying the storyboard itself and not the image? I'm kind of lost. =)
